A Practice Built Around One Anatomical Zone
Dr. Harmeet Gill trained in medicine at a time when subspecialisation was becoming the standard of excellence in surgical care. His path through ophthalmology and into ASOPRS fellowship was not incidental — it was a deliberate choice to build the deepest possible expertise in the most demanding periorbital territory.
At EyeFACE Institute, every procedure performed by Dr. Gill involves the eyes or the face. There is no general practice, no diversification into body contouring or breast surgery. The practice is deliberately focused on the eyelids, eyes, and face.
His approach is characterised by restraint and precision. The goal is a result that looks like the patient — rested, refreshed, and natural — not a result that announces surgical intervention. The standard is not “acceptable”; it is the same standard he would apply to a family member.
The EyeFACE Focus
Tissue-preserving OFA-Bleph™ and endoscopic facial lifting, in one practice.
Dr. Gill's surgical focus combines upper OFA-Bleph™ planning with deep release and selective orbital fat transposition, high-volume lower eyelid fat repositioning, and endoscopic facial lifting through the RERF® Surgical Series. That combination is supported by 5,000+ cosmetic eyelid and endoscopic facial procedures, eye-surgery training, ASOPRS fellowship, academic teaching, Sunnybrook surgical experience, and a practice built around the eyelids and face.

Scope of Practice
Dr. Gill performs both cosmetic and functional oculofacial procedures. Functional procedures — including ptosis repair, ectropion and entropion correction, and orbital surgery — may be covered by OHIP when eligibility criteria are met.
His cosmetic and endoscopic facial surgery experience spans 15 years in practice, including endoscopic forehead, endonasal, midface, and full-face procedures.
Academic & Teaching Role
As Assistant Professor, DOVS, University of Toronto, Dr. Gill contributes to the training of the next generation of oculoplastic surgeons. His academic involvement keeps him current with evolving evidence, technique refinement, and the standards of subspecialty practice.
His hospital affiliation at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre provides access to complex reconstructive and orbital cases managed within a major academic medical centre.
